Terms of Service

What we do

KSQ Digital provides a range of online services including Google Business Profile optimization, reputation management, and social media management for local businesses. Anything beyond those services gets agreed on separately, in writing, before we start.

Engagement and payment

Every engagement has its own written agreement that spells out the scope, the fee, and the schedule. Payment terms are set in that agreement — these terms don't add surprise charges on top of it.

Ending an engagement

You can end our work together under the cancellation terms in your specific agreement. We won't hold you to anything beyond what you agreed to in writing. If you're not satisfied with our work, we will do everything within our power to make it right. 

Who owns what

Your content — your photos, your reviews, your business information — stays yours. We retain the tools, templates, and methods we've built to do the work, so we can keep helping businesses like yours.

Results aren't guaranteed

Here's the part that matters most: we can't promise you a specific ranking, a number of reviews, a traffic figure, or a revenue result. Google's search results, map placements, and review systems as well as a constantly changing technology depend on a lot of things — your market, your competition, how your customers behave, and how well we work together. KSQ Digital doesn't own or control Google, and we'd never pretend otherwise.

What we can promise is that we'll do the work honestly, tell you what's actually happening, and focus on the things that genuinely move the needle for your business. Anyone who guarantees you a specific spot on Google is selling something we won't sell.

Our responsibility

Our responsibility is to do the work we agreed to, with care and honesty. We're not liable for outcomes outside our control — Google's decisions, changes to how search works, or factors on your end. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us for the engagement in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. If we do, we'll date the new version. Continuing to work with us after a change means you're fine with it.
